Raiders Rebuffed Twice, Sixth Straight Day Without a Flip
The NPC Raiders returned to their tiresome trade this morning, flinging themselves at Concepcion and Truxillo in the small hours before nine. At Concepcion, CFS's Spanish garrison stood immovable, the marauders sent back to their holds with nothing to show for the powder spent. At Truxillo, LVTN's British colours proved no less stubborn, the raid broken before it could gain the walls. Two assaults, two failures, and not a single flip, queued attack, or change of harbour law to report besides — the Caribbean's map this morning is, once again, precisely the map of yesterday, now a sixth consecutive day without so much as a boundary redrawn.
The treasury table proved just as still as the coastline. CFS's stout defence of Concepcion cost the Raiders dearly but changed nothing in the ledger — the clan holds fast at first place with twenty-six ports, its rank and count both unmoved from yesterday, a reign now stretching into its sixth unbroken day. No other clan stirred enough to trouble the top of the standings, and the season's quiet constant remains exactly that.
