On the Peace server: Put all open world ai/npc in “neutral” nation to eliminate problem of friends in other nations unable to join fight of npc in their nation. Could be fun on the Peace server to create a specific ai/npc nation at war with all. Perhaps "Neutral" can be renamed "Hostile"
