How to JOIN an operation

Operations are how you receive promotion points to advance in rank.

When you initially join an operation, you are placed on the Reserve roster. To recieve promotion points, you must be on the Active roster at the end of the operation when the commander salutes and closes the operation.

Make sure the operation commander knows that you have joined the operation so that you can be placed on the Active roster.

Use Discord to communicate and coordinate with everyone in the operation.

The operation commander is in charge.

The operation commander is under no obligation to place anyone on the Active roster. It is entirely up to the commander to decide who goes on the Active roster, and who is removed from the Active roster.

The commander receives points for every participant on the Active roster, so it is in their interest to add players to the Active roster.

It is the duty of every participant to contribute positively to the operation, so that everyone has a good time.
