How to COMMAND an operation

These are the two most important things that a commander does for an operation:

1. Manage the Active roster

2. Salute and close the operation

When a player joins an operation, they are placed on the Reserve roster. The commander must move a player to the Active roster. Only players on the Active roster will receive promotion points at the end of the operation.

Click on the up arrow to move a player from the Reserve roster to the Active roster.

Click on the down arrow to move a player from the Active roster to the Reserve roster.

Promotion points are granted when the operation commander salutes the participants on the Active roster. This is the most important step to reward participants in the operation.

Use Discord to communicate and coordinate before, during and after an operation.

Feel free to make entries in the operation log. It is not required, but use it as needed.

Regularly refresh the page to ensure that you are seeing the updated rosters.

As the operation commander, you will receive promotion points for each participant on the Active roster. More participants, more points.

As the operation commander, you are in charge. You get to decide who goes on the Active roster and who does not. You are under no obligation to place someone on the Active roster.

It is in your interest for everyone to have a positive experience in your operation. If you have a reputation for good operations, more people will want to join your operations, which will get you more promotion points for advancement.
