Four Garrisons, Four Repulses, Not a Wall Moved Again
Dawn broke over an eighth consecutive day of futility for every hand raised against the Caribbean's defenders. The NPC Raiders struck at Cumana and Nouvelle-Orleans before nine, only to find DFN's French colours and CFS's Spanish garrison alike immovable. Elsewhere the more deliberate sieges fared no better: at Concepcion, CFS again turned back its besiegers, while at Truxillo, LVTN's British defenders held the walls without ceding an inch. Four battles fought, four defenders triumphant, and the map at dawn once more matches the map at dusk. Yet the coming hours promise no rest — a dozen fresh contests now loom, with Grand Turk, Kidd's Harbour, Guayama, Las Sabinas, Baja, and Cumana itself all marked for renewed trial, and named challengers stirring too: VALOR against PVP's Xpu Ha, GRMLN against MATDR's Bonacca, MATDR in turn against PANDA's Turneffe, and PEARL against LVTN's Bensalem, each battle set for the evening watch.
The treasury table remains as fixed as the coastline it governs. CFS holds first place for yet another day with twenty-six ports, its rank and count both unmoved since yesterday, a reign that has now stretched unbroken through eight straight mornings. No other clan's fortunes shifted enough to trouble the standings, and the ledger's quiet constancy persists exactly as it has all week.
