Commander
Description:
Commander is the first senior officer rank. Senior officers are expected to focus on broader issues involving Naval Gaming and national policy. This is also the lowest rank that obtains clearance for secret topics.
Promotion Requirements:
A panel of three(3) senior officers will be assembled to review and recommend promotion to Commander.
Minimum Score: 90
